1. How do I contact the reunion committee?

2. When is the deadline for registration and payment?
All registrations, deposits, and hotel reservations must be completed by November 17, 2025. Final payments are due no later than February 15, 2026.​

3. Will there be transportation for attendees?
Transportation will not be provided; please see the travel and accommodations page for some rental car options.

4. What will the weather be?
Spring in Mississippi can be warm and humid. Please pack accordingly. Suggested items: umbrella, poncho, and light clothing

5. Will there be activities for children?
Yes! There will be fun activities for kids throughout the weekend. You can also visit the Travel & Accommodations for additional family-friendly options.

6. Is alcohol included in the registration price?
No, alcohol is not included. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks at their leisure in the designated bars located around the hotel
7. Will there be a family history lesson?
Yes. Family history sessions will be held throughout the weekend to explore our roots, share stories, and celebrate our heritage.

8. Can I invite friends and extended family?
Yes! Friends and extended family are welcome. Please ensure that you include them in your registration ( with payment).

9. What happens if it rains for the outdoor events?
In the event of rain, outdoor activities will be moved to an indoor location. Updates will be communicated if changes are necessary.

10. What if I need to cancel my attendance?
If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us as soon as possible at LefloreFamilyReunion@gmail.com.
11. Are refunds available if I am unable to attend?
​Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds if you’re unable to attend. We appreciate your understanding.

12. Are payment plans available to cover the registration cost?​
Yes, payment plans are available. Please get in touch with us at LefloreTreasurer2026@gmail.com for details and options.

13. Are there any additional fees/costs outside of the registration fee?
Yes. The registration fee covers reunion activities, but does not include flights, hotels, or optional tours. Please see the Registration Itinerary and the Travel & Accommodations page for details.

14. What if I have not received my confirmation email for registration?
Please allow 2–3 business days for your confirmation email to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder as well. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at LefloreFamilyReunion@gmail.com.

15. Is this reunion wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the reunion venues are wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you require further assistance.
